History

National Auto Lenders was established in 1996 in Miami, Florida. At that time, the company consisted of three employees and had a total portfolio of five loans. NAL operated out of a small office with the long-term goal to build the company on the basis of providing the best customer service and treat every dealer with the highest level of respect and integrity. Since 1996, NAL has established itself as one of the leaders of non-prime auto finance in the states we serve. Currently, NAL services thousands of active accounts, managed by a caring professional team of over 100 employees.

Our commitment to excellence begins as soon as a new Dealer joins the NAL family. With our Integration Initiative, we make the entire process of becoming an NAL Dealer simple. Our Dealer Support Team will assist the Dealer during the entire application process, and then provide extensive training at the dealer’s location to ensure that the dealer is knowledgeable and comfortable with NAL’s Program. To best serve the dealer, the Dealer Relations Manager makes frequent visits and is also available upon the dealer’s request. Therefore, face to face communication is just a call away.
