Auto Lending Business Development Field Rep-Outside Sales

Tampa Territory (includes Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk )

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Solicit and signing up dealer partners giving them regular and active support and follow up, including training and education on our program.
  • Manage dealer relationships, including all aspects of obtaining and maintaining consistent deal flow
  • Must have exceptional organization, follow up and time management skills; be self motivated and able to work independently with little oversight.
  • Must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of business activity, requiring a valid driver’s license, insurance and operable vehicle
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Basic Computer Skills (MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, Explorer)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to interact professionally in person, via email and over the phone with all customer personality types regardless of personal, financial or professional background as well as with all levels of the employee peer group and management.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Graduate (college preferred but not a necessity)
  • Prior experience with independent auto dealers in area
  • Bilingual a plus.
