Our commitment to excellence begins as soon as a new Dealer joins the NAL family. With our Integration Initiative, we make the entire process of becoming an NAL Dealer simple. First, our Dealer Relations Representative will assist the Dealer during the entire application process, and then provide extensive training at the dealer’s location to ensure that the dealer is knowledgeable and comfortable with NAL’s Program. Upon completing the Integration Training the dealer receives a Certificate of Completetion. To guarantee relationship longevity, the Dealer Relations Manager makes frequent visits and is also available upon the dealer’s request. Therefore, face to face communication is just a call away.
